The Cell consists of members of the staff and the student community. They look into the grievances of students, and offer redressal for the same in a time-bound and effective manner. It provides convenience to the students by allowing them to lodge a grievance through on-line and it would definitely help in improving the student service delivery and also in transforming the student support into more transparent, efficient and student-centric mode.
