The Department of Mulitmedia, St.Aloysius College, Elthuruth offers three-year B.A Multimedia or Bachelor of Multi Media Course (BMMC). The six-semester course imparts hands-on training to students on scripting, computer graphics, video production, video editing, digital photography and media publishing. The programme begins with the fundamentals of art and design, which will stimulate the creativity and imagination. The course includes graphic design for creating effective visual communication and web designing for global communication. Students are introduced to the 3D concepts such as modeling, texturing, animation, and lighting. They are also taught video editing techniques. The programme trains the students in advanced digital photography techniques.
Aims at making students intellectually competent, spiritually mature, morally upright, mentally integrated, physically healthy and socially acceptable.
