How to Join NCC
- Eligibility: Any first year student of St. Aloysius College, Elthuruth with an interest in leadership, discipline, and service can apply to join the NCC unit. The selection process includes an interview, physical fitness assessment, and an evaluation of the student’s dedication to national service.
- Benefits: Cadets receive valuable training that helps develop physical fitness, leadership qualities, and a sense of discipline. They also have opportunities to participate in national and international camps, receive scholarships, and secure preferences in armed forces recruitment and other government jobs.
